   Custom-spotted microarrays can be used to study organisms for which Affymetrix GeneChips are not available, and can be used to follow up the most interesting set of genes identified using genomic arrays. We have the ability to spot, hybridize and scan custom arrays. Design of such arrays is a major undertaking. Please contact Dr. Edenberg to discuss possibilities.
